Sheep
Heritage Sheep as defined here, are sheep which have a historical or contemporary use in the US, and which are still obtainable, and free of genetic or behavioral issues which interfere with sustainability. Most common production sheep are not listed, as they have many sustainability issues including poor lambing ability, or excessive problems with parasites.
