Heritage Exotic Poultry as defined here, is poultry which have a historical or contemporary use in the US, and which are still obtainable, and free of genetic or behavioral issues which interfere with sustainability, but which originated outside the US and are not common in the US. This includes Ostrich, Emu, Rhea, Swans, Peafowl, and others with utility purpose.
